Howdy all. I have started seeing a few new names on here so I think this is a perfect time to start a topic ( copying from our brothers to the north...Puget Sound Fools) about who are you. I bring this up so all us can start to put a name or face to a subject and at trainings and meetings.
So I will start.
I am 2dawgs...or Billy Lewis. I work for Sacramento Fire Department. I started in the fire service in 1992. I am currently working off of Truck 30 in the north end of Sacramento. No wife no kids. I live in Sacramento near the downtown area.

Married with two boys and live in Auburn.

Hi my name is Chris Taylor I am a Vol Engineer for Sutter County Fire Department at 8 house. I started in the fire service in 2003. I am getting married on March 27th 2010 and I have 2 kids

Whats up guys... My name is Cassidy Bohannon, and I've been in the fire services sinces '02. I've been here at Escalon station 1-1 the whole time. I've been married for 3 years and I have 4 kids.

Greetings fellow FOOLS. My name is Eric Hankins and I like fire........ Ok that sounds bad.
I joined the Fire Service in '92 (with 2dawgs) and am currently an Engine Captain in Yuba City (Ok so what if we ONLY have Engine Captains, Hudson!) assigned to 3 Engine on the Southside. I was one of the original non SFD members to join the newly formed NorCal Chapter back in '02 and I am now proud to say that I am the Executive Vice President for the FOOLS International.
This is one of the greatest organizations in the world Brothers. It's great to see new "faces" on this site. I look forward to meeting you all soon.

Hey. My name is Eric Guida and I work at Engine 1, downtown Sacramento. I helped start this chapter along with Baldy and Tim Adams and a few others. I was the default first president since I was the one that sent the initial check to the FOOLs International. I have been with the SFD for almost 18 years. I am married with three kids.

Hey. My name is Gerardo Preciado. I'm 23 yrs old. Started as an explorer with Turlock City Fire in '02. Was there for 2 yrs. Then became a volunteer at Turlock Rural Fire. Was there close to 3 yrs. Then went to Escalon Fire as a reserve in '07 and got hired full time in July '08. Been there ever since. My girlfriend and I live together in Modesto. No kids but we have a pooch. Hope to meet all of you this coming year. Happy Holiday's and New Year.

Before I knew about the FOOLS, myself and several members in my old department stumbled upon some orange peels. They were and continue to be great training and all around inspiration.
I just heard the other day they still read and handout to every academy class "Leadership From The Bottom."

hey there brothers.
Frank villalpando e20 fireman and current acting captain all over sacramento city. I started on the job in 1992 and have been loving every minute except for 1 but moving on. I am married with one kid The Tan man and a 12 yo yellow lab. I love hunting and good friends which there are plenty of here. I am currently the planning officer and in charge of new members. I am looking forward to many more years on the job and many more times with the brothers. KTF and always RFB.

My name's Ian Duewell, started in the fire service in 2005 with Sutter County Fire, then did a couple seasons with Calfire. Just got picked up with Kern County Fire, starting the tower 01/04. Love the job, the brotherhood and the great times. Have a gf, no kids. . just relocated to Bakersfield.
